I have had many people ask me about the imagery we use at Bizzics.  I am sure you pick up on the power of this locomotive.  I want all businesses to operate with great strength and direction.  But there is a story to how I chose the locomotive.  I had a client many years ago who owned a short-line railroad.  His dream was to have unit coal trains roll across his tracks.  I did not show my ignorance at the time, but went home and did some research and learned that a unit coal train is 135 cars long and weighs 19,000 tons, which is 38 MILLION pounds. Moving at 25 miles per hour, that train is virtually unstoppable!  It would literally take the engineer miles to bring it to a complete stop.  It is all physics, a simple formula that you can control in your business.  And I, more than anyone, want your business to have that kind of momentum! I had a dream when I wrote The Bizzics Way that one day the book would be at the center of an intentional community of like-minded people, seeking to build and sustain momentum toward their greatest impact on the world.
